For half a year I stop using toner because my skin was giving me problem and I was on medication. After the problem is gone, I have noticed my pores been dilated and got bigger than ever. Never underestimate the power of using toner. Use a natural one like witch hazel. It doesnt work for you, but its important for oily skin/combination skin. My dilated pore is the proof.
